Pumpkin Catapult: STEAM Challenge

Join us Wednesday afternoons in November for learning and fun with science-based activities!  This 30-45 minute STEM Challenge will encourage us to think like engineers!  Participants will create a catapult that launches mini candy pumpkins.  After the creating is complete, we will test our catapults to see whose can fling the furthest, and whose is the most accurate.  Get ready for fun!  This activity, led by experienced facilitators, is designed for 1st through 5th grade students and begins at 2:00 p.m.  Guardians should remain on-site and supervise their child during play and picnic times (2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.).  Don't miss out on this enriching and exciting opportunity.
