Snowflake Science
Join us Mondays in February for learning and fun at Camp Discovery!
Snowflakes are just one form of precipitation that falls to the Earth as part of the water cycle. How and when do snowflakes form? Why are snowflakes six-sided? Is it true that no two snowflakes are alike? We will answer these questions and complete a snowflake craft in this 30 - 45 minute session. Led by experienced facilitators, this activity is designed for 1st through 5th grade students and begins at 11:30 a.m. Guardians should remain on-site and supervise those in their care during play and picnic times (12:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.). Don't miss out on this enriching and exciting opportunity!
